The Telatrast thread is firmly interwoven in Telacomp. Thus there is no risk of it or any parts of it becoming loose. Even under extreme conditions, a swab forgotten in the body is easy to detect radiologically due to the compact structure of the detectable threads and gauze fabric.

The barium sulphate content of the Telatrast thread is 60% and thus meets the requirements of modern X-ray equipment.
